   Proposal Description:
   The goal of our project is to develop novel semi-parametric analysis tools   For medical studies, especially those interval-censored data with possibility      of cure. With two-part models, we can model the heterogeneity across subgroups. We                                                                              intend to illustrate our method on the Uniform Data Set (UDS), and for the         present purpose, to focus on the estimation of transition time from normal        cognition to MCI.
